Accountants who use MS Dynamics AX 2012 have option to save a posted journal vouchers, and retrive it in a new journal voucher, it is commonly used for long transaction entry, this function save time, effors, and it is easy to use.
Select a posted transaction, and click on Functions, and select Save Voucher Template, MS Dynamics AX 2012 will ask you where you need to save percntage, or amount.
Create new journal, enter lines, click on functions, Select Voucher Template
MS Dynamics AX 2012 will diplay all saved vouchers, in header, and lines showing the both sides of the entry, press OK.
MS Dynamics AX 2012 will create the lines retrived from the template voucher.
