If the user trying to export to excel and result empty sheet, I have worked with Technical guys to investigate this issue, first thing it was pointed to AX installation issue. But at the end we realized that there is an Excel Add-in (Send to Bluetooth) is the main reason of it, when it have been removed everything works well.
