In some occasions you may need to reset the Financial Reporting DataMart. There are basic two options to reset the DataMart on your environment.

If you need to reset the DataMart on production this was done through support request, and then the resetting process done by Dynamics Service Engineers. Recently Microsoft introduced a self-service approach to reset the DataMart on your own through Financial Reporting Designer, this this blog post I’d like to walk through the entire process.
First of all you must upgrade:
If you are on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations 7.2 – Go to LCS and deploy the following Binary update Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Financial Reporting 7.2 Update 3
If you are on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations 7.1 – Go to LCS and deploy the following binary update
Enable Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Financial Reporting 7.2 Update 3
Open Financial Reporting Designer then go to Tools| Reset Data Mart

Reset DataMart dialogue will popup, mark Reset DataMart check box, then OK button will be activated.

A confirmation message will open

Then integration status will popup
