In this post I will describe the Inventory Counting Journal;

Item number: represents the item which will be counted

Site, and warehouse: represent the site, and warehouse which will be counted

On-hand: represent the on-hand inventory (physical inventory)

Counted: represent the physically counted quantities

Quantity: the difference between on-hand and counted quantities

In case of the on-hand quantity is 1 , and counted quantities are 3 (DAX will adjust (addition) the on-hand quantities by two)

In case of the on-hand quantities are 3, and counted quantities are 1 (DAX will adjust (subtraction) the on-hand quantities by two)
