Organizations’ employees are rely heavily on Microsoft Office application on their daily business tasks and activities, whether for communication, administration, reporting writing, and of course calculations and graphs. all business users I have worked with since 2004 in business application are using Microsoft Excel which is the most powerful spreadsheet application.
Microsoft Dynamics AX is integrated with Microsoft Excel, it is used as master data collection sheets, export forms data, export generated reports, and pivot reporting using connection with the Database. There were some limitations in the previous version whether it is usability limitation, and technical limitations.
