Microsoft Dynamics AX offering a simplicity to end users where gives a fast filtration on journals by user, when a user open journal form (General Journal, Payment, Invoice,…etc) he will see all journals and he/she want to only see his/her own journals which created by his/her user.
That could done through mark the check box which exist in each journal form “Show user-created only”
