MS Dynamics Headquarters – HQ
The Headquarters level represents the Head office of an organization where all stores data are tied all together at the HQ, strategies, procedures, promotions, rules, policies are set, and following up daily operations
MS Dynamics Store Operations
It is consist of two components to ensure distribution of employees (Store Manager, and Cashier) roles at store:-
MS Dynamics RMS – Store Operations Manager
It is the store back office where all actions related to the store is done, inventory quantity issuance/receiving, physical count, quantity adjustment, and reports on the store level
MS Dynamics RMS – Point of Sale – POS
It is the store Point of Sale – POS where all actions related to customer transactions are done, sales, returns, reservation, sales quotations, first time capture customer information, register opening and closing balances

Real time transactions no need for batches updates, you can inquiry stores sales, inventory stocks on time.
MS Dynamics RMS is considered online/offline application, if retailer operate in multi store chain, all transactions occurs on store level and consolidated on MS Dynamics RMS HQ level via internet connection – the communication time is configurable function – in case of there is no internet connection the store operates as standalone store, afterwards upload/download the information from/to MS Dynamics RMS HQ
